An Icon in Miami is a remodeled condo interior by Tollot & C that leans heavily into Italian material culture, translating it into a clean, modern Miami lifestyle. Rather than trying to reinvent the condo typology, the project focuses on the sensory impact of finishes: smooth surfaces, warm tones, and a carefully controlled palette that makes the space feel calm, precise, and expensive without being loud.
The standout element is the Italian wood flooring, which becomes the foundation of the entire interior identity. It is not treated as a background material, but as the main architectural surface that ties everything together, supported by imported furnishings and detailing that follow the same logic of craftsmanship.
